Prayer of Salvation
Dear Heavenly Father
I come to you in faith having heard your word, in Jesus mighty name.
I acknowledge I am sinner as your word says "for all have sinned and fall short
of the glory of God." Romans 3: 23. But now I have decided to turn away from my
sins. Your word says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will
forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1: 8-9.
I am sorry for the sins I have committed and ask you to wash me with the
precious blood of your son Jesus Christ.
Your word says, "That if you confess with your mouth 'Jesus is Lord' and believe
with your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved. For it is
with the heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that
you confess and are saved."Romans 10: 9-10.
Lord Jesus Christ I confess you as my Lord and Saviour and believe in my
heart that God raised you from the dead. I ask you to come into my heart and my
life and make me a child of God.
