Jesus lifted women from degradation
and servitude to fellowship and service.
In the Jewish culture women were not
supposed to learn from Rabbis. By
allowing women to travel with Him,
Jesus was showing that all people are
equal. In Luke 8: 1 – 3, women travelled
and supported Jesus financially.

After the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
He revealed Himself first to a woman
and told her to go quickly and tell His
disciples that He had risen from the
dead. In doing so He was
commissioning women with the His
Gospel. So if you want to come and
learn more about the importance of
women in the preaching of the Gospel
we invite you to our women’s
fellowship meetings. These meetings
are interdenominational.
