Prophecy for 2008
The following is the prophecy for the year 2008 delivered by Pastor Zimbango:
i. Year of crossing over - Psalms 44: 1 - 8. When the children of Israel were
in slavery in Egypt, they faced hardships and a hopeless situation.
However, God drove out the people who inhabited the land and planted
them (the Israelites) there. The Israelites were outnumbered, poorly
armed, and without walled strongholds when they conquered the
Promised Land.
ii. Year of possessing the Land – Deut 4: 1 - 9. Moses called the children of
Israel to be obedient to the statutes and judgements in order to be able to
possess the land. And when they did that God fought their battles and
they surely went in to possess the land.
iii. Year of fruitfulness and blessings – Deut 6: 1 - 5. In order to be fruitful, a
fruit tree has to be pruned. John 15: 1-2
