Pastor John David Dimmili’s Testimony - Gift of child.
After graduating with Bachelor of Theology degree I got married on 26 July 2001
at my village called Srungavruksham in Thandangi Mandal, East Godavari
District Andhra Pradesh, South India. For four and a half years we were not able
to have children just like Abraham who went for many years without children.
We visited many doctors who all said both of us will not be able to have
children. I endured a period of mocking with people mocking me at prayer
meetings and crusades. At the same time I was having problems, my wife was
having recurring menses pain and was given tabulates.
We prayed and looked up to God and on 15 January 2006 at dawn my wife
started having the menses pain at 04:30am. I woke up and started praying but
the pain continued. I then became angry with God because I could not
understand why the people I have prayed for received their healing and not my
wife and me. Why hasn’t Jesus healed my wife?
I then fell asleep, and within approximately ten minutes the Lord came to me in
a vision as a doctor friend knocking at the door.
He said, “Pastor, I am the doctor.”
I said, “Who are you? There is no need doctor, for Jesus hasn’t done what
you do.”
I then wrestled with him for several minutes and he said, “Just give me one
more chance and I won’t come back again.
I said, “I do not have money.
He said, “No need.
He then gave my wife an injection and the following morning she woke up at
06:00am something she hadn’t done for the previous three days. In fact she
had spent the previous three days sleeping due to pain and sickness.
Everything I saw was a vision from God and the following month, she got
pregnant. My Lord said he was going to give us a baby son and six months
down the line Paul Reinhard was born without a caesarian section. Baby is
healthy, thanks be to God and hasn’t been prescribed any medication.
